摘 要:东川某氧化铜矿矿石铜品位为1.16%,铜氧化率很高,92.10%的铜以氧化铜的形式存在,碱性脉石含量高,铜矿物嵌布粒度较细,嵌布特征复杂,属高钙镁难选氧化铜矿石。为合理开发利用该矿石,针对硫化—浮选和酸碱浸出效果较差的问题,采用氨基甲酸铵作为浸出剂进行浸出试验研究,考察磨矿细度、氨基甲酸铵用量、浸出温度、浸出时间、搅拌强度、液固比对铜浸出率的影响。在确定的最佳浸出试验条件下,最终可获得铜回收率为85.42%、损失在浸渣铜品位仅为0.194%的良好指标。该浸出试验结果可为该碱性难选氧化铜矿石的工业利用提供技术参考。There is 1. 16% copper in a oxide copper ore in Dongchuan,copper oxidation rate is very high,92. 10% copper exists in the form of copper oxide,high content of alkaline gangue,copper minerals are fine disseminated,embedded characteristics are complex,belongs to refractory high calcium magnesium oxide ore. For reasonable exploitation and utilization of the mineral,in view of the sulfide floatation and poor effect of acid and alkali leaching,using ammonium carbamate as leaching agent on leaching experiment research,grinding fineness,dosage of ammonium carbamate,leaching temperature,leaching time,stirring intensity,the liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of copper were investigated.At the best leaching test conditions,index with copper recovery of 85. 42% can be obtained,losses in the leaching residue with copper grade of only 0. 194%. The leaching test results could provide technical reference for the refractory alkaline copper oxide ore.
