摘  要:在系统分析影响不良巷道冒顶的地质条件和相关技术因素的基础上,基于综合指数法,提出了评价巷道冒落危险性的分级方法,推导了巷道发生冒落危险等级的指数计算公式并计算了评价指数。根据评价指数将冒落危险划分为无冒落危险、弱冒落危险、中等冒落危险、强冒落危险、极端冒落危险等5个等级,对各危险等级提出了相应的防治措施。基于巷道围岩地质条件及设计的支护措施,将该评价方法运用到谦比希西矿体的生产实践中,并根据评价结果对原有的巷道支护措施进行了改进和参数优化。应用结果表明:该评价方法的巷道冒落危险分级结果与生产巷道的情况基本一致,巷道支护措施的改进和参数优化效果较好,有一定的推广应用价值。Based on the system analysis of the geological conditions and related technical factors that effects the roadway caving of weak rock mass,the classification method of the evaluation of the roadway caving risk is proposed based the comprehensive index method,and the risk rating index formula is derived and the evaluation index of caving risk is calculated. Based on the caving risk evaluation index,the hazard degree of roadway caving risk can be divided into five classifications such as no caving risk,weak caving risk,medium caving risk,strong caving risk and extremely caving risk,the corresponding preventing measures of above caving risk classifications are proposed. The classification method of the evaluation of roadway caving risk proposed in this paper is used to in mining practice to conduct the modification of the already existed roadway supporting measures and optimization of the supporting parameters based on the surrounding rock geological condition and designed supporting measures. The results of the west orebody of Qianbixi mine show that the roadway caving risk classification results of the evaluation method are basically consistent with actual situation of production roadway,the modification effects of the roadway supporting measures and optimization effects of the roadway supporting parameters are good,therefore,the evaluation method of roadway caving risk classification proposed in this paper can be used to conduct the roadway caving risk prediction and supporting in other mines.
