摘　　要：军民融合产业将促进军工产业融入地方经济,实现与地方的民用产业的对接,拉动地方经济增长。由于缺乏良好的融资机制和政策支持,西安的军民融合产业的发展受到了制约。研究结果表明,促进军民融合产业发展的途径主要有:金融支持是军民融合产业降低融资成本,突破金融瓶颈;完善军民产业融合的顶层设计;加大商业银行对军民融合产业支持的力度;多渠道吸引民间资本进入军民融合产业。Civil-military fusion industry will promote the integration of military industry into the local economy and speed up the local economic development. Due to lack of good financial management and policy support, the development of Xi＇an civilian-military fusion industry has been hindered. The research shows that financial support for the integration of military and civilian industry is an important way to reduce financing costs, break through the bottleneck of finance, in- dustry and civil-military integration in Xi＇an.
