品管圈在口腔修复科医务人员手卫生依从性管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高口腔修复科医务人员手卫生依从性管理中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,并确立以提高口腔修复科医护人员的手卫生依从性为主题,现场调查医护人员手卫生完成情况,分析并归纳手卫生依从性低的原因,对品管圈前后的完成情况进行对比后实施相应的干预措施。结果开展品管圈活动后,修复科医务人员手卫生的执行率由活动前的51.42%逐步提高到77%,洗手合格率由75.7%上升到90.5%,两者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能充分调动大家的积极性,在修复科医务人员手卫生质量的持续改进管理中发挥了显著作用,可有效提高手卫生现状。Objective To Investigate the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving prosthodontics of medical staff hand hygiene compliance management. Methods Set up quality control team,and established a theme in order to improve the prosthodontics of medical staff hand hygiene compliance,live-investigation medical staff hand hygiene completion,summarized and analyzed reasons for the low hand hygiene compliance,after completion of contrast before and after the QCC corresponding intervention measures. Results After carry out quality management circle activity,repair section medical staff hand hygiene are enforced gradually increased to 77% from 51. 42% through the activity,hand-washing qualified rate from 75. 7% to90. 5%,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion QCC activity can fully arouse the enthusiasm of everyone,In the prosthodontics medical staff hand hygiene quality has played a significant role in the continuous improvement of management,can effectively improve the hand hygiene status.
