摘　　要：目的比较静脉注射半标准剂量丙种球蛋白(IVIG)联合糖皮质激素和单用糖皮质激素治疗皮肌炎的疗效。方法分析2007-2015年的33例丙种球蛋白(IVIG)联合糖皮质激素治疗皮肌炎的临床资料,以单用糖皮质激素治疗的病例为对照。结果两组中大部分患者经过治疗肌力均有不同程度改善,两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组的LDH、AST、ALT下降率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但治疗组患者的血清CPK下降率明显大于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论与单用糖皮质激素的疗法相比,联合疗法能够使血清肌酸磷酸激酶更快的下降,对皮肌炎有更好的近期疗效。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of half of standard dose intravenous immunoglobulin combined with glucocorticoid and glucocorticoid alone in the treatment of patients with dermatomyositis. Methods To Analyze the clinical datas from 33 cases of in-patients （2007-2015） who accepted the combined treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin and glucocorticoid,the in-patients who accepted glucocorticoid alone as the control. Results After treatment,muscle strength was improved to some extent in most of the patients from both groups,there were no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. And no significant difference was seen in the decrease rate of LDH, AST and ALT in both groups （P〉0.05）, however, the decreasing rate of serum CPK level was markly more pronounced in combined treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with glucocorticoid alone, the combination treatment could bring down the serum level of CPK more rapidly, which produces a better short-term efficacy for patients with dermatomyositis.
