摘　　要：概述了"十二·五"以来福建省农业科学院水稻研究所稻作科研发展的情况及取得的成就,并针对新形势水稻科技的发展趋势,提出了"十三·五"水稻科研要解决的新问题,以及它的目标任务及发展思路。This paper summarized the research development and achievement from Twelfth Five-year Plan period. In view of the new situation the development trend of rice science and technology, the auther proposed some new problems, which need to be solvesed during Thirteenth Five-year plan Period, and its target tasks and development ideas.
