摘 要:稀土元素的添加对钼的性能提高至关重要,因此为了研究镧在MoO_2、钼粉及钼镧合金中的存在形式及变化,采用固-固混合法将10%La_2O_3以固体颗粒形式加入二氧化钼中,在H_2中还原制备出稀土镧掺杂钼粉,经等静压、烧结制成掺镧钼合金。利用SEM、EDS、XRD等检测手段对不同阶段下样品的形貌、组成、结构及稀土的存在形式进行了分析。结果表明:La_2O_3添加到MoO_2后,以二氧化钼碎屑和氧化镧形成的团聚体形式存在或氧化镧团聚态存在。经还原稀土镧以La(OH)_3和少量La_6Mo_2O_(15)形式存在于钼粉中,烧结后以La_2O_3形式存在于钼合金中并均匀存在于钼晶粒晶界上。稀土镧在烧结过程中存在长大现象,其尺寸从纳米级增长到亚微米级。The adding of rare earth elements is essential to improve the performance of molybdenum. To study the existing forms and changes of La in MoO2, molybdenum powder and Mo-La Alloy. Lanthanum doped molybdenum powder was produced by adding La2O3(10 %) to MoO2 powder in the form of solid particles by using a solid-solid doping method. Lanthanum-doped molybdenum alloy was then prepared by pressing and sintering technologies.Testing technologies, such as SEM, EDX and XRD, were applied to study the morphology, composition, structure and RE existing forms of the sample at different stages. The results show that: an aggregated form composed of silica debris and lanthanum oxide is observed after adding La2O3 to MoO2. Lanthanum exists in the forms of La(OH)3 and small amounts of La6Mo2O(15) after reduction. However, lanthanum, after sintering, existed on the boundaries of molybdenum grains in the form of La2O3. During the sintering process, Lanthanum increases from nanometer to sub-micron level.
