摘  要:利用同步辐射X射线微束聚焦荧光光谱法,对新疆玉龙喀什河、塔什库尔干县、且末县3个不同地域的20种玉石样品中的微量元素种类及其含量进行了无损检测。结果表明:不同地域的玉石中都含有Ca、Mn、Fe、Zn等微量元素,3地样品中Fe元素含量都相对较高。特别是产于且末县青玉样品中微量元素Ca、Mn、Fe、Zn的相对含量较高,其中Mn的相对含量为834 mg/kg,高于其它玉石中Mn的含量,且检测到了Ca、Fe、Zn的K_α和K_β特征峰。产于和田玉龙喀什的青白玉未检测到Mn。因此,各种玉石中Mn的相对含量可以作为鉴别玉石产地提供参考。In this paper,we study the concentration of trace elements in 20 kinds of jade which are mined from three different regions( Yurungkash river,Tashkorghan town and Cherchen town) of Xinjiang,by the Synchrotron radiation X- ray micro- beam con- focal fluorescence analysis method. The result shows that,different region's jades all are contain trace elements of Ca,Mn,Fe,Zn etc. The all samples contain relatively high concentrations of Fe element. In particularly,the Sapphire sample which mined from Cherchen town has relatively high concentrations of Ca,Mn,Fe,Zn trace elements. Among them,the relative concentration of Mn is 834 mg / kg,the value is higher than Mn concentrations in the other jades. Moreover,we have detected the Kα and Kβ fluorescence characteristics X- ray peaks for Ca,Fe,Zn elements. Meanwhile,there is no the trace element of Mn in the Sapphire which is mined from Yurungkash river of Hotan. Therefore,the relative concentrations of Mn can be a reference parameter to identify the mining origin of the jade.
