摘　　要：目的探讨静脉注射胺碘酮转复阵发性心房颤动的安全性以及疗效。方法选取阵发性心房颤动的患者101例,随机分成试验组与对照组。试验组51例,使用静脉注射胺碘酮治疗,对照组50例,使用静脉注射普罗帕酮进行治疗,观察两组患者有效率以及安全性。结果试验组与对照组治疗效果没有统计学差异(P>0.05),试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射胺碘酮治疗阵发性心房颤动安全性高,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore intravenous amiodaroue cardioversiou of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation efficacy and safety analysis. Methods 101 aroxymal atrial fibrillation parents were selected, andomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group had 50 patients use of intravenous amiodaroue treatment, control group 50 patients use of intravenous propafenone treatment. Observation two groups of patients with efficient and safety. Results Experimental group and control group had no statistical difference in therapy effect, experimental group security was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.
