5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力（5-ALA-PDT）联合高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组35例,先应用高频电离子治疗仪对病灶部位肉眼可见的显性皮损进行烧灼,7~10 d后创面基本愈合后应用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗;对照组32例,采用高频电离子治疗仪对病灶部位肉眼可见的显性皮损进行烧灼。末次治疗后连续随访6个月。结果观察结束时,两组有效率比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;两组复发率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力（5-ALA-PDT）联合高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗手段,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and Safety of the ALA-PDT combined with electro-ionization therapy in treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases of treatment group were treated by ALA-PDT combined with electroionization therapy,32 cases of control group treated by electro-ionization therapy.All patients were followed up for 6 months. Results The effective rates of the treatment and the control groups were 88.75% and 87.50%,respectively.with no significant different（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of control group was higher than that of treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with electro-ionization therapy is effective, safe for perianal condyloma acuminatum.
