摘　　要：目的研究疝环填充式和平片式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。方法将58例腹股沟疝患者分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(29例),对比治疗效果。结果两组患者住院时间、住院费用相比,P<0.05。结论平片式无张力疝修补术住院时间短和治疗费用较低。Objective To study the effect of hernia ring filling type peace tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Methods 58 cases of inguinal hernia were divided into treatment group（29 cases） and control group（29 cases）, the treatment effect comparison. Results Compared with the cost of hospitalization, hospitalization time of two groups of patients, P〈0.05. Conclusion Plain film tension free hernioplasty shorter hospitalization time and lower the cost of treatment.
