骨折内固定物发生断裂的原因及临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析骨折内固定物发生断裂的原因。方法选取2010年2月~2014年2月我院收治的行骨折内固定术患者50例为研究对象,并对骨折内固定物发生断裂的原因进行探讨。结果所有患者中,由于内固定物放置的时间太长造成骨折的2例,术后锻炼不当15例,内固定物类型选择不恰当10例,术后过早负重13例,固定物放置不当5例,粉碎性骨折复位不良2例,骨折固定术后断裂骨折连接不良3例。结论导致骨折内固定物发生断裂的因素有很多,如锻炼不当、内固定物放置时间过长、术后锻炼不当、内固定物类型选择不恰当、术后过早负重、固定物放置不当、粉碎性骨折复位不良、骨折固定术后断裂骨折连接不良等情况,其中术后过早负重、锻炼不当为主要原因。所以在进行锻炼时一定要听从医师的指导,良好的锻炼有利于减少骨折处过早负重与断裂。Objective To investigate and analyze the cause of fracture failure of internal fixation.Methods February 2010 to February 2014 in our hospital from internal fixation for the treatment of 50 cases as the research object and causes of fracture internal fixation of selected. Results Patients in 50 patients with internal fixation of fracture by internal fixation placed too long in 2 cases, postoperative exercise in inappropriate in 15 cases, type selection of internal fixation is inappropriate in 10 cases,there are 13 cases postoperative early weight-bearing and fixation surgery improperly placed in 5 cases, bad 2 cases of comminuted fracture, fracture fixed connection bad 3 cases of postoperative fracture fracture.Conclusion Factors of leading to fracture failure of internal fixation has a lot of, such as improper exercise, placed too long of internal fixation and postoperative exercise in inappropriate, type selection of internal fixation is inappropriate, postoperative early weight bearing, improper placement,comminuted fracture fixation surgery, postoperative fracture and poor fracture connection fracture fixation, postoperative early weight bearing, improper exercise for as long as the reason. So in the exercise is must obey the instructions of the physician, good exercise is helpful to reduce fracture early weight-bearing and fracture.
