摘　　要：江苏经济已逐步进入到依靠创新科技推动的发展阶段。近年来,江苏省政府加强与以色列的合作,以期学习和引进其创新思维,从而促进江苏本地的科技与经济的发展。值得注意的是,以色列的创新思维深植于其犹太文化之中,因此有必要通过学习和深入研究犹太文化、加强两地的文化交流,来挖掘以色列创新思维的精华,并将其运用到江苏省的科技创新活动中。同时,还可以通过文化交流加深双方友谊,促进双方的科技合作,推动江苏省创新经济的发展。The economic development of Jiangsu province has increasingly depended on the innovations of science and technology. In recent years, Jiangsu government has strengthened cooperation with Israel, studying and introducing its innovative ideas, which further promotes the development of local technology development and its economy. It should be noted that the innovation ideas of Israel are deeply rooted in Jewish culture. Thus it is essential to study Jewish culture and strengthen cultural exchanges between Jiangsu and Israel, through which Jiangsu can better learn and understand the innovative ideas of Israel. In addition, through the cultural exchanges, two parties can deepen the friendship and promote further cooperation in science and technology innovations, which facilitates the development of new economy of Jiangsu province.
