摘 要:建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会必须以理性的生态文化为基础。淮扬美食历史悠久,对外翻译活动频繁,但其英译从菜名到烹饪方法均存在译名用词失误、名称冗长等问题。基于中西方烹饪文化的巨大差异,美食名称结构模式多样,译者应采用"归化"与"异化"相结合的翻译策略,着重体现译名的"系统性"、"可读性"、"简明性",建构规范的淮扬美食译名。It is a necessity to construct a conserving and eco - friendly society on the basis of rational ecological culture. Its English translation has lots of problems such as verbal error, lengthy titles in its dish names and cooking methods. Due to great divergent Chinese and western cuisine culture, structures of dishes'name construction varies a lot. This paper focuses on systematicness, readability and simplicity of its name translation in order to build a set of standardlized translation of Huaiyang cuisine titles.
