摘  要:以不同PEG浓度模拟干旱胁迫14份冰草种质材料,通过测定供试材料的叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性等8项生理生化指标,并利用主成分及隶属函数分析法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:8个差异显著的抗旱指标应用主成分分析归纳成3个主成分,其累积贡献率为70.899%。通过综合隶属函数值评定的抗旱性强弱顺序为:保加利亚沙生>中间>3-2小区>蒙农杂种>俄罗斯沙生>蒙古-1>沙生>大庆齐家扁穗>高山>蒙农1号>扁穗2006>蒙古-3>光穗>山西偏关县冰草。The drought resistance of fourteen Agropyron varieties(Agropyron desertorum)at the seedling stage was studied by using PEG-6000 solution to simulate drought stress in green house.The physiological and biochemical indexes such as relative water content,chlorophyll contents,proline content,content of malondialdehyde,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,activities of peroxidase and catalase were measured.Drought resistance was evaluated by principal components analysis and subordinate function analysis.The results showed that the eight significantly different drought-resistance indexes could be classified into 3component parts.The capacity of drought resistance of the fourteen Agropyronvarieties was gauged as follows:Agropyron desertorum Bulgaria Agropyron intermediateAgropyron 3-2 districtAgropyron cristatum ×Agropyron desertorum cv.MengnongAgropyron desertorum RussiaAgropyron mongolicum Keng-1Agropyron desertorumAgropyron daqing qijiaAgropyron alpinaeAgropyron Mengnong NO.1Agropyron cristatum(L.)Gaertn2006Agropyron mongolicum Keng-3Agropyron guangsuiAgropyron daqing qijia.
