讯问笔录“失真”问题探析

摘　　要：讯问笔录是我国司法文书中重要的文书之一,在我国的证据体系中占有重要地位,其质量直接决定着执法水平的高低和办案质量的好坏。在司法实践中,讯问笔录不同程度存在着文本不规范现象,其中最为严重的问题是讯问笔录"失真",究其原因有个体因素亦有制度方面的因素,纠正讯问笔录"失真"问题需要多方面的共同努力,更有赖于我国司法体制改革的进一步完善。The transcripts of interrogation,which has a very significant position in China＇s evidence system,is one of the most important judicial documents. In practice,to some extent,the interrogation record is somewha tnon-standard,and the most serious problem is its ＂ distortion＂,as a result of individual and institutional reasons. As for the correction of the ＂ distortion＂ in the interrogation record,it depends on not only a joint effort,but also the improvement of China＇s judicial system reform.
