摘 要:乌桕优良单株(优树)选择主要是为规模化发展生物柴油原料林提供繁殖材料。以高鲜果产籽量和高含油率作为定向选育的主要目标。2009年对贵州省主要产区乌桕大树资源进行详细调查,初步筛选出150株候选株,对其进行产量、全籽含油率、结果枝比例、平均每结果枝果数、千粒重等测定,次年复测。入选优树首先必须同时达到单位面积鲜果产籽产量、含油率这两个主要性状指标要求;对入选优树综合千粒重、结果枝比例、平均每结果枝果数等进行综合性状分析选择,最终入选优树12株。in order to provide planting materials for the industrial development of bio - diesel raw material forest in Guizhou province, selection of excellent individual trees of Sapium sebiferum Roxb was carried out, with main pur- poses of obtaining high fresh seed yield and high oil content. In 2009, big individual trees of Sapium sebiferum Roxb in the main production area were investigated, and as the result, 150 candidates were originally selected, which were further tested for the productivity, seed oil content, ratio of fruit shoots, average fruit number per fruit shoot, thousand- seed weight, etc. All the parameters were tested again in the next year. By comprehensive character a- nalysis, a total of 12 individual trees were finally selected as the excellent individual trees.
