摘　　要：本研究用气质联用法对贵州省晴隆县的少花桂叶进行分析研究,通过正己烷和蒸馏法提取后,采用GC/MS测定了芳樟醇的含量。通过对少花桂样品中芳樟醇组分的线性关系的考察以及精密度的测定和定量分析,为少花桂中有机物的提取提供参考依据。by methods of hexane and distillation extraction, fresh leaves of Cinnamomum pauciflorum Nees col- lected from Qinglong County were analyzed for the linalool content by GC and GC / MS. Also, the quantitative anal- ysis of the linear relationship and precision determination of the linalool content were carried out. This will provide reference for the extraction of organic compounds from C. pauciflorum Nees.
