摘　　要：政府与市场的关系是进行政府职能定位的逻辑基础,在我国特殊国情下,"市场失灵"还有着自己的特殊性,这也为政府的介入提供了特殊的依据。作为市场的必要补充,政府干预也并不是解决问题的万能妙方,过度干预也让人们对政府的重要性心生疑虑。在公共管理过程中必须注意行政管理职能必须适应市场经济发展等问题。The relationship between the government and the market is the logical basis to position the function of the government,but in China＂market failure＂has its own particularities,which provides a special basis for the intervention from the government.Due to the intervention,the government acted as one of the most important market players,and then it also caused a large number of corruption,which caused people to doubt the importance of the government,so it is necessary and important to sort out and reaffirm the＂magic function＂of market,and give out some countermeasures to position the function of the government with the latent problems.
