毛叶香茶菜化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：查阅国内外有关文献、对毛叶香茶菜的化学成分及药理作用进行分析、总结。毛叶香茶菜中分离得到的百余种单体化合物,主要是二萜类化合物,另外有三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类化合物等;毛叶香茶菜的体内和体外试验表明其具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗炎等作用。毛叶香茶菜是一种具有开发前景的植物,有待进一步研究开发。This article analyzed and summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Isodon japonica reported in the literature at home and abroad. More than one hundred compounds were obtained and identified,which included large quantities of diterpenoids,as well as triterpene,flavonoids,lignans and so on; Pharmaceutical researches showed that the Isodon japonica,as well as its chemical constituents,presented good anti- tumor,anti- bacterial and anti- inflammatory activity in vivo and in vitro. It is of important significance in discovering and developing new medicines to carry out the studies related with Isodon japonica.
