摘　　要：目的优选止痒乳膏的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷的含量及干浸膏得率为指标,多指标综合评分法处理数据,优化溶剂用量、提取次数和提取时间3个因素。结果止痒乳膏的最佳提取工艺为加6倍量水,煎煮3次,提取40 min。结论优选得到的止痒乳膏提取工艺稳定合理可行。Objective To optimize extraction technology of Zhiyang Cream. Methods An orthogonal test was adopted in this study.With berberine hydrochloride,paeoniflorin and yield of extract as indexes,data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing extraction times,the amount of solvents and extraction time. Results The best extraction technology was to extract for 3 time with 6- fold water and 40 min each time. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is reasonable,feasible,stable,and the extraction rate of the active principles is high.
