摘 要:基于网络舆情分析了政府信息服务公众满意度影响因素,参考顾客满意度模型建立了基于网络舆情的政府信息服务公众满意度指数模型。针对指标权重获取的问题,构建了基于粗糙集条件信息熵的政府信息服务公众满意度智能评价方法。考虑到政府信息服务公众满意度评价分析中常见的小样本数据特点,将决策表进行合理分块划分,以层次式计算的方式基于粗糙集方法逐步实现对各个评价指标权重的客观求取。算例分析和实验比较,验证了本文所构建的基于网络舆情的政府信息服务公众满意度智能评价方法的有效性与优越性。Based on the network public opinion, by considering factors of government information services public satisfaction, this paper attempts to establish a governments information services based on the network public opinion public satisfaction index model ,refer to the customer satisfaction model. In order to reach reasonable and objective analysis result under the index model, rough set conditional information entropy method based intelligent evaluation model is constructed. According to the problem of index-weight acquirement in accordance with the condition of small sample data, we try to divide the decision table into several blocks and use hierarchical way to get index weight values, based on rough set theory. At the end of this paper, experimental results prove the superiority of government information services based on the network public opinion public satisfaction intelligent evaluation method.
