摘　　要：由于人口老龄化、吸烟、糖尿病、不良生活方式以及肥胖等多种因素影响,冠心病和周围血管疾病发病率均逐渐升高。周围血管疾病合并冠心病的管理和治疗是临床工作中面临的新挑战。本文旨在综述周围血管疾病合并冠心病的发病率,冠心病对周围血管疾病患者围手术期及预后的影响,周围血管疾病对已知冠心病患者的预后的影响,周围血管病变合并冠心病患者冠脉重建术的时机的选择以及术后风险管控。Because of the increasing of aging population, smoking, diabetes, unhealthy life style, obesity and lots of other factors, the incidences of coronary heart disease and peripheral vascular disease have been gradually increased. The management and treatment of peripheral vascular disease complicated by coronary heart disease has become a new challenge in clinical practice. This article aims to make a comprehensive review about the incidence of peripheral vascular disease associated with coronary heart disease, the influence of coronary heart disease on the prognosis of patients with peripheral vascular disease, the influence of peripheral vascular disease on the prognosis of patients with known coronary heart disease, the choice of time opportunity for coronary revascularization surgery, the postoperative risk management and control, etc.
