氟康唑单独及联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探索氟康唑单独应用及联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择于该院门诊接受治疗的160例老年念球菌性阴道炎患者,随机分成两组,其中对照组80例单用氟康唑治疗,而观察组80例采取氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果及患者生活质量评分。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者阴道瘙痒、疼痛、灼烧感、白带异常及异常分泌物改善时间均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗3、6、12个月后复发率均较对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域及环境领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎效果显著,可迅速改善患者临床症状,显著减少复发并能提高患者生活质量,明显优于氟康唑单独治疗。Objective To explore the effects of single fluconazole and. combined clotrimazole suppositories on quality of life in treat- ment of elderly patients with candida vaginitis. Methods 160 cases of elderly patients with eandida vaginitis were enrolled and randomly di- vided into two groups. The control group（ n = 80）was treated with single flueonazole treatment, while the observation group（ n = 80）was treated with flueorlazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories. The clinical curative effect and the patients quality of life score were compared. Re- sults The total efficiency of observation group（ 97.50% ）was significantly higher than that of control group （78.75 v/o ） （P〈0.05） ;the im- provement time of observation group with vaginal itching, pain, burning sensation, abnormal leuc0rrhea and abnormal secretions were signifi- cantly reduced （P〈0.05） ;the recurrence rate with 3,6,12 months of observation group were lower compared with those of control group（P〈 0.05 ） ; the physiological field, psychological field, the field of social relations and environment of observation group were significantly reduced comparing with the corresponding control group data（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Fluconazole combined with clotrimazole could rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with candida vaginitis, significantly reduce recurrence and improve the quality of life of the patients and it is significantly superior to fluconazole treatment alone.
