摘 要:可可塔勒铅锌矿7#矿体经历凌乱无序开采,留下大量不规则的残柱和大小不等、高低不一、形态复杂的采空区,空区间留有400多万t残存矿量,矿山面临着极为复杂的采空区隐患治理与残矿回采的难题。空区群处理从安全上要求一次必须崩落相当范围的空区,因而所采取的手段必须高效、实用。将空区群划分为若干大的回采单元,采用基于束状孔变抵抗线爆破技术的区域整体崩落手段,进行残矿的大量有序崩落和集中大量放矿,在消除采空区地压隐患的同时,最大限度地为企业回收残留资源。实践表明:采用基于束状孔变抵抗线爆破技术的区域整体崩落方式,是解决复杂空区群残留矿体安全高效回采的有效技术手段。The KEKETALE lead-zinc ore 7# experienced disordered mining, and a large number of irregular ore pillar and complex shape mined goal with different size and level are formed. About four million tons of residual ores are left in the goal. Enterprises faces with a very complex issue of goaf hidden trouble and residual ore mining. For the security requirements, a wide range of goal must be caved at one times in the goaf groups processing, therefore the caving method must be efficient and practical. The goaf groups are divided into several large mining units. By means of whole region caving blasting technology based on bundle-hole variable resistance line, a lot of residual ores are caved orderly and drawn in concentration. In the process of eliminating goaf ground pressure, the recovery of residual resources is maximized for enterprises. Practice shows that the whole region caving method of bundle-hole resistance line blasting technology, is an effective technique to realize the safe and efficient mining of residual ore from complex goaf group.
