助滤剂在铝土矿浮选尾矿脱水中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对河南某铝土矿浮选尾矿絮凝沉降后的底流压滤脱水效果不理想问题,以表面活性剂型药剂为助滤剂,在实验室对该底流矿浆进行了助滤脱水试验,并考察了滤液中残留的助滤剂TLT8840对铝土矿浮选的影响。试验结果表明:TLT8840的助滤效果优于TLT8850;用循环水配制TLT8840不会影响药效;在底流矿浆中添加200 g/t(按干尾矿计)助滤剂TLT8840,可缩短尾矿成饼时间21.43%,降低滤饼水分0.37个百分点;滤液中残余的TLT8840通过循环水进入铝土矿的浮选作业,可小幅提高精矿Al_2O_3品位和铝硅比,对精矿Al_2O_3回收率的影响甚微。可见,TLT8840对絮凝沉降底流的压滤具有显著的降本增效效果。To solve the non-ideal pressure filtration effect of bottom flow of bauxite flotation tailings from Henan, the un- derflow slurry dewatering test in the laboratory was conducted using filter aids. Simultaneously, the influence of the residual TLT8840 on bauxite flotation was investigated. The results showed that the promoting effect of TLT88g0 is better than that of TLT8850 ;Preparation of TLT8840 with circulating water has no effect on tile working effect. When TLT8840 dosage of 200 g/t,the time of tailings to-be cake can be shortened by 21.43% and cake moisture can be reduced 0.37 percentage points. Residual TLT8840 in filtration may slightly improve the grade and w （Al2O3 ）/w （SiO2） ratio of concentrate, but have little im- pact on the recovery of Al2O3 TLT8840 has a significant effect of lowering costs and improving efficiency on tailings pressur- ized filtration.
