摘　　要：公共文化服务网络治理是一个对传统公共文化服务体系在结构、机制、模式上的转换重构过程。在这个过程中,公共文化服务的供给主体将过去主要由政府及其所辖的公益性文化单位构成的"一元化"形态转变为政府、企业、社会组织、社会公民共同参与的"多元化"形态。公共文化服务体系的治理将带来管理理念、组织结构、决策模式、沟通形式、评估标准等诸多要素的改变,并逐步从传统科层管理模式走向网络治理模式。Public cultural service network governance is a transformation and reconstruction process for traditional public cultural service system in respect of structure, mechanism and mode. In this process, the main supply body of public cultural service is transforming from the past ＂unified＂ form constituted by the government and the nonprofit cultural institutions under its jurisdiction into the ＂diversified＂ form that government, enterprises, social organizations and civil citizen jointly participate in. The governance of public cultural service system will bring about the change of management concept, organization structure, decision-making mode, communication mode, evaluation standards, and so on, and will gradually change from the traditional hierarchy management mode to the network governance mode.
