摘　　要：地方特色数字资源建设是数字时代国家或区域文化软实力的重要体现,全国文化信息资源共享工程省级分中心特色资源建设是我国地方公共数字文化特色资源建设的重要组成部分,其总体特点体现为资源总量颇具规模、地方特色较为鲜明、资源建库形式多样、界面设计各具特色等方面。我国地方公共特色数字资源建设存在的问题主要表现在资源分布、资源内容、资源建设、资源揭示、资源共享及资源推广6个方面,可从宏观政策、资源建设、技术平台及资源利用4个层面来探讨地方公共特色数字资源建设改进的策略。Local characteristic digital resources construction is the important reflecting of national or regional cultural soft power in digital age. The characteristic digital resources construction of provincial centers of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is an important part of local public digital characteristic resources construction in China. Its overall characteristics embodied in resources of considerable scale, more distinctive local characteristics, diverse resource database and distinctive interfacial design. And then it probes into the problems of local public characteristic resource construction from six facets of the resource distribution, resource contents, resource construction, resource description, resource sharing and resource promotion. Finally from four aspects of macro policies, resource construction, technology platform and resource utilization it put forwards the strategy of improvement.
