母亲对学龄前儿童体重水平感知偏差及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解母亲对学龄前儿童体重水平是否存在感知偏差,初步分析影响其体重感知的人口社会学因素。方法采用方便抽样法对上海市浦东新区某两所幼儿园250名学龄前儿童的母亲进行问卷调查。调查内容包括人口社会学特征和子女感知体重水平。结果 55.56%(110例)的母亲能够准确感知孩子的体重水平,且低估孩子体重水平者(33.84%,67例)远远多于高估孩子体重水平者(10.61%,21例)。孩子的性别(P=0.003,OR=3.034)及其当前体重水平(P<0.001,OR=4.420)和母亲的体重水平(P=0.061,OR=3.402)与母亲低估儿童体重显著相关。结论母亲对学龄前孩子的体重水平的感知准确性较差,且有低估孩子体重水平的倾向。男童、超重孩子的母亲更可能低估其子女的体重水平。Objective To understand maternal misperceptions of their child＇s weight status,analyze the social- demographic factors contributing to such cognitive bias. Methods A cross-sectional survey of 250 mothers of preschool-aged children from two kindergartens at Pudong New District of Shanghai was conducted by a questionnaire,the survey contents included social-demographic characteristics and perceived weight status of children. Results Among the mothers,55. 56%（ 110 cases） of the investigated mothers perceived their child ＇s weight status correctly. Furthermore,mothers who underestimated their child＇s weight status（ 33. 84%,67cases） were much more than those who overestimated the weight status（ 10. 61%,21 cases）. Children ＇s gender（ P = 0. 003,OR = 3. 034） and actual weight status（ P〈0. 001,OR = 4. 420）,and maternal BMI status（ P = 0. 061,OR = 3. 402） were significantly correlated with underestimation of child＇s weight status. Conclusion The accuracy of mothers＇ perceptions of their child＇s weight status is poor,having a tendency of underestimation,boys and overweight children are more likely to be underestimated by their mothers.
