效率边界分析在基本药物遴选决策中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探索效率边界分析在药物遴选决策中的应用,为基本药物遴选提供方法参考。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献,介绍效率边界分析的方法、过程及应用。结果:效率边界分析结合循证医学和药物经济学证据从投入-产出的角度可以实现对同一治疗领域的多种药物进行综合评价。结论:效率边界分析在基本药物遴选决策中具有重要的应用价值。Objective： To explore the application of efficiency frontier approach, so as to provide references for decision-making on essential drug seleetion. Methods： Through the review of related foreign and domestic literature, the method, process and applica- tion of efficiency frontier approach were introduced. Results： Based on the evidence of evidence-based medicine and pharmacoeco- nomics, the efficiency frontier approach couht achieve the comprehensive evaluation for a variety of drugs in some therapeutic area from the input-output perspective. Conclusion： The efficiency frontier approach had significant values in the application of deci- sion-making on essential drugs selection.
