摘 要:以某搭载1.5L自然吸气汽油机的轻型车为研究对象,运用6σ设计方法对紧耦合式三效催化转换器的载体结构及催化剂技术对整车排放性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,催化器载体结构及催化剂对16万公里老化催化器的整车HC、NOx和CO排放影响较小,而对临界催化器的整车NOx排放影响显著;通过优化催化器载体结构及催化剂参数,可有效降低临界催化器的整车NOx排放及提高系统的稳健性。This paper investigates the effect of catalytic converter parameters on emission performance of a light vehicle equipped with 1.5 liter naturally aspirated spark ignited engine. The Six-sigma design(DFSS) method is applied to design the catalytic carrier configuration and catalyst of close-coupled three-way catalytic converter. The results show that the catalytic carrier configuration and catalyst have little effect on the CO, HC and NOx emission of 160 K aged catalytic converter, but has obvious effect on the NOx emission of threshold catalytic converter. The NOx emission of threshold catalytic converter is decreased and the robustness of NOx emission system is improved remarkably when the catalytic carrier configuration and catalyst are optimized.
