摘　　要：车身典型截面信息包含关键部位的零部件配合信息及关键部件的冲压、焊接、涂装、总装工艺信息,以及重要运动件的信息和重要部件的强度信息等。截面设计贯穿前期造型可行性分析、中期详细车身结构设计及晚期数据校核等整个过程。本文基于乘用车车身典型截面的设计流程,从截面位置定义、造型因素、性能因素、沿用策略因素、工艺同步工程因素等方面,论述了乘用车车身典型截面设计内容。Typical section information of car body contains part fitting information of critical locations, and process information of stamping, welding, painting and final assembling of critical components, as well as information related to important moving parts and strength information of important parts. Section design involves the whole process of styling feasibility analysis in the early stage, detailed body structure design in the intermediate stage and data check in the end stage. Based on the design flow of passenger car body typical section, the paper discusses the design of passenger car body typical section in term of section position definition, styling, performance, carry-over tactics and concurrent engineering.
