摘　　要：目的评价2013年湖北省十堰市妇幼保健机构相对效率,为相应的卫生行政部门和妇幼保健机构制定政策和管理策略提供参考依据。方法采用DEAP 2.1软件,用数据包络分析法中的CCR、BCC两种模型分析妇幼保健机构的相对效率。结果2013年十堰市妇幼保健机构共有7家,仅有1家妇幼保健机构的综合效率没有达到1,为0.974,且仅有这1家妇幼保健机构处于规模收益递增的状态。结论综合效率没有达到1的妇幼保健机构存在卫生资源浪费的现象,应将多出来的卫生资源合理进行投入,使得卫生资源得到有效利用。Objective To provide a reference basis for making policies and management strategies for the relevant administrative de- partments for public health and maternal and child care institutions by evaluating the relative efficiency of the maternal and child care institu- tions in Shiyan city of Hubei Province during 2013. Methods Two data models of CCR and BCC in Data Envelopment Analysis Methods were taken to analyze the relative efficiency of the maternal and child care institutions with the DEAP2. 1 software. Results There were sev- en maternal and child care institutions in Shiyan city of Hubei Province in 2013 and the integrated efficiency of the only one among them did not come up to 1, which was 0. 974. Besides, only this Maternal and Child Care Institution was on the increasing scale interest. Conclusion In the Maternal and Child Care Institution where the integrated efficiency does not come up to 1, the wasting of health resources exists. It is more suitable to invest the redundant health resources in appropriate places and let the health resources in efficient use.
