摘 要:[目的]为了实现鸡舍环境远程实时监测,设计了基于无线传输的鸡舍环境远程监测系统。[方法]基于丢失恢复策略设计采集数据无线传输协议,确保采集数据的可靠传输。针对网关节点无法过滤重复数据的问题,提出了基于时间识别的重复数据过滤方案,有效地过滤了重复数据。根据采集数据的时间相关性,采用三次多项式插值算法对缺失数据进行估算,保证了采集数据的连续性。在中心服务器上开发了基于Java Web的远程监测系统,鸡舍管理人员和异地用户可以通过PC或智能终端的浏览器查看鸡舍环境实时数据。[结果]系统在封闭式鸡舍进行了试验,结果表明系统测量误差较小,采集数据传输可靠,节点平均丢包率为1.74%,缺失数据估计误差较小,温度估计最大误差0.5℃,相对湿度估计最大误差2.3%,CO2浓度估计最大误差54μmol·mol-1,氨气浓度估计最大误差0.2μmol·mol-1。[结论]系统满足鸡舍环境远程实时监测的要求,为鸡舍环境远程实时监测提供了一种可靠的技术解决方案。[Objectives]In order to realize remote real-time monitoring for henhouse,a system based on wireless transmission was designed. [Methods]To ensure reliable data transmission,wireless data transmission protocol was designed based on loss recovery strategy. Aiming at solving the problem that gateway node cannot filter duplicate data,the filtering scheme was proposed based on the recognition of acquisition time,which can effectively filter the duplicate data. According to the high temporal correlation of collection data,the system used cubic polynomial interpolation algorithm to estimate the missing data,to ensure that the collection data was continuous. The remote monitoring system on the central server was developed based on Java Web technology,and then henhouse managers and remote users can view the real-time data by the browser on the PC or smart terminal. [Results]Experiments in closed henhouse show that,the system has small quantity of measurement error. Data transmission was reliable,and the average packet loss rate of the nodes was 1. 74%. Estimation error of missing data was small,maximum estimation error of temperature was 0. 5 ℃,maximum estimation error of relative humidity was 2. 3%,maximum estimation error of CO2 concentration was 54 μmol·mol- 1,maximum estimation error of ammonia concentration was 0. 2 μmol·mol- 1. [Conclusions]It meets the requirements of real-time remote monitoring for henhouse environment and provides a new reliable solution for the remote real-time monitoring system which used for the henhouse environment.
