摘 要:混凝土试件的密封是混凝土抗渗试验能否成功的关键。针对混凝土抗渗试验中密封效果差的问题,对试验中密封材料的封模方法进行了探究。以传统的密封材料石蜡作为对比,在常温下对不同比例固化剂的环氧树脂胶泥的脱模及密封效果进行试验分析,发现采用环氧树脂胶泥作密封材料方便可行、试验结果稳定,有效保证试验中不会因密封材料原因导致边缘透水,进而影响混凝土的抗渗性能的判断,大大提高了抗渗试验的成功率。Sealing of the concrete specimen is the key to the impermeability test of concrete. For the poor penetration effect problem in the impermeability test of concrete,the sealing mold method of sealing material was studied. The demoulding and sealing effects on epoxy resin mortars with different curing cement ratios under the room temperature were experimented and analyzed by compared with the traditional sealing material of paraffin wax. From the test,it is found that the using epoxy resin mortar as sealing material is convenient,feasible and experimental results are stable. And it effectively protects the experiment from leak at the verge due to sealing material reason and from affecting the judgment of the impermeability function of concrete,which greatly improves the success rate of impermeability experiment.
