摘 要:基于X射线衍射(XRD)法、偏光显微镜(PLM)法和扫描电镜能谱(SEM/EDS)法3种技术对涂料及其相关材料中石棉的检测展开系统的研究,由于每种方法都有其优越性和局限性,因此几种方法相互辅证,取长补短,才能使结果更加准确。文中根据每种方法的特点,从样品前处理、样品制备和分析过程等方面分别进行讨论,并对结果的分析方法做出详细的说明。A systematic research on methods based on X- ray diffraction (XRD), polarizing microscope ( PLM ) and scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM/EDS) for determination of asbestos in coatings has been ean'ied out. Because different method has its different advantages and disadvantages, a synergy of the several methods should be taken so as to improve the accuracy of the testing result. According to the characteristics of every method, a detailed discussion is provided in terms of sample pretreatment and preparation as well as analyzing process, etc. Meanwhile, the analyzing method of the result is described in detail.
