摘　　要：针对超细涤纶织物分散荧光染料染色时容易产生色点、荧光花、色牢度差等问题,优化了染色工艺,包括染色前处理、染色温度、升温速率、染浴p H值,以及匀染剂种类等。经过大生产实践表明,优化工艺可提高产品的合格率,各项色牢度均达到4级以上,生产批次色差在客户接受范围之内。Due to dyeing defects in manufacture of superfine polyester fabric with disperse fluorescent dyes, such as dye spot, fluorescent spot and poor color fastness, some measures are put forward, in- cluding pretreatment, dyeing temperature, heating rate, pH value, and kinds and concentrations of level- ling agents. The result of large-scale practice shows that the selected process condition can improve the up-to-standard rate of products, all indexes of color fastness can reach above Grade 4, and the col- or deviation of different batches is within clients＇ acceptable limit.
