摘  要:将试验设计(design of experiments,DoE)方法应用于采用废气再循环(EGR)技术的船用中速柴油机多参数多目标优化仿真分析过程中。利用试验数据标定的Dijet燃烧模型及整机仿真模型保证了仿真模型的预测精度。通过V-optimal试验设计方法确定了仿真方案,并利用建立的响应面模型对柴油机性能参数进行了预测和全局优化,确定了满足TierⅢ排放的目标机型运行边界参数的优化匹配关系。与GT-Power软件计算对比结果表明:基于DoE的船用柴油机性能优化设计过程可以大幅缩减仿真方案的数量,缩短研究周期。The method of design of experiments (DOE) was applied to analyze the multi-parameters optimization of a middle speed marine diesel engine equipped with EGR sysytem. The simulation plan was established by the V-optimal method, and the prediction precision of the simulation model was ensured by the Dijet model and multiple cylinder engine simulation model which were calibrated by the experimental date. The engine performance was predicted and optimized by the response surface model through which the optimized operation parameters were confirmed to meet the IMO Tier Ⅲ emission regulation. Compared with the GT-power simulation results, the optimization process of marine diesel engine performance based on DoE can reduce the number of simulation project and shorten the research period significantly.
