催乳保健散对围产期奶牛产奶性能的影响

摘　　要：为提高围产期奶牛的产奶性能,通过向围产期奶牛饲料中添加催乳保健散,测定添加中药组(试验组)与未添加中药组(对照组)奶牛的产奶量及乳成分含量。结果表明:催乳保健散可以有效提高产奶初期奶牛的产奶量及4%乳脂校正乳;极显著提高奶牛初乳中乳糖率,显著提高乳脂率;对初乳中乳蛋白率有一定影响,但是差异不显著;极显著提高产后14天、28天牛奶中乳糖率;极显著提高产后14天、28天、42天、56天、70天乳脂率;极显著提高70天、84天时试验组奶牛常乳中乳蛋白率。说明催乳保健散可以显著提高围产期奶牛的产奶量及乳成分含量。To improve the milking performance of dairy cows during the pefinatai period, lactation -health powder was added into the feed for dairy cows during the perinatal period. The milk yields and milk component contents in dairy cows from an experimental group added with lacta- tion - health powder and a control group without adding lactation - health powder were determined, respectively. The results showed that lacta- tion - health powder could effectively improve the milk yield and 4% fat - corrected milk of dairy cows in the early milking period, and highly significantly increase the lactose rate in the colostrum of dairy cows, and also significantly increase the milk fat percentage. The lactation - health powder had certain impact on milk protein percentage in the colostram, but the difference was not significant. The lactation - health pow- der could highly significantly increase milk lactose rates at 14 d and 28 d in the postpartum period, and could highly significantly increase milk fat rates at 14 d, 28 d, 42 d, 56 d, and 70 d in the postpartum period. It could also highly significantly increase milk protein percentages in normal milk of dairy cows from the experimental group at 70 d and 84 d in the postpartum period. The results indicate that lactation - health powder can significantly increase the milk yidd and milk component contents in dairy cows during the perinatal period.
