摘　　要：目的观察淫羊藿苷对大鼠坐骨神经离断伤后神经修复与再生的影响。方法取24只sD大鼠随机分为空白组，模型组，淫羊藿苷60mg／kg组与120mg／kg组，每组6只。除空白组外均切断左侧坐骨神经，随即进行三点定位断端缝合修复。术后次日淫羊藿苷给药的两组开始灌胃给药，每天1次，连续4周。给药结束次日处死动物，测定腓肠肌肌湿重恢复率，计数远端断面有髓神经纤维，HE及甲苯胺蓝染色观察脊髓前角运动神经元形态变化及恢复率。结果淫羊藿苷给药组有髓神经纤维计数、实验侧脊髓前角运动神经元的恢复明显优于损伤模型组（P〈0．05），而腓肠肌肌湿重各组问差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论淫羊藿苷对大鼠坐骨神经离断伤后神经修复与再生具有一定的促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of icariin on nerve regeneration in a rat sciatic nerve transection and repair model. Methods Twenty-four SD rats were divided randomly into four groups： control, repair without icarrin, repair with low dose （60 mg/kg） icariin and repair with high dose （120 mg/kg） ieariin. The left sciatic nerve transection was performed in all the animals except rats in the control group, and immediately followed by end-to-end repair. Icariin was administrated by gavage the day after the surgery and once a day for 4 weeks in the two medication groups. Animals were sacrificed next day following the last ieariin administration. Regeneration was evaluated by gastrocnemius muscle mass recovery, number of myelinated nerve fibers in the distal nerve, and the morphological changes and survival rate of spinal cord anterior horn neurons determined by hematoxylin-eosin and Toluidine blue staining. Results The myelinated nerve fiber count and survival rate of spinal cord anterior horn neurons were significantly better in the icariin administration groups than in the repair without icarrin group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, gastrocnemius muscle mass recovery was not significantly different among the groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Icariin can effectively promote nerve regeneration in a rat sciatic nerve transection and repair model.
