摘　　要：中国全球基金艾滋病项目在社区组织(Community-based Organizations,CBO)管理模式方面进行了不同的尝试,虽然迄今为止尚未探索出一套完全成熟的CBO管理模式,但是不同管理模式引发的思考和总结却有着一定的借鉴意义。文章将分析中国全球基金艾滋病项目中不同CBO管理模式的优缺点,并探讨符合我国实践的CBO管理模式,为CBO参与艾滋病防治的可持续发展提供参考。China Global Fund AIDS Program has made different attempts in the community-based organization （CBO） man- agement models. Although it has not explored a perfect community-based organization management model until now, some references can be obtained from the different counnunity-based organization management models. The advantages and disadvantages of different community-based organization management models in China Global Fund AIDS Program were analyzed. And the community-based organization management model that in line with Chinese practice was explored, which can provide references for the sustainable development of CBO participating in HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
