摘　　要：我国社会老龄化趋势日益明显,这给养老、医疗带来了巨大的压力。当前社会养老服务的"医"、"养"分离导致老年人,尤其是失能、半失能老人的医疗护理及生活照料需求问题突出,健康老龄化形势严峻,因而研究医养结合具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文探讨了二级医院医养结合作为一种机构养老的内涵,进一步分析了目前我国二级医院在开展医养结合服务过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议。With the problem of aging becoming increasingly apparent in China,our pension and medical system is under great pressure.The separation of medical treatment and nursing care in current pension service model made the problem of old people＇s（ especially the disabled elders＇ and the half-disabled elders＇） needs for medical care and daily care become very serious.Since healthy aging situation is grim now,conducting research on medical-nursing care models has crucial theoretical significance and practical significance.This article discussed the connotation of implementing medical-nursing combined pension services in secondclass hospitals,and analyzed the main existing problems as well as pointed out corresponding countermeasures in the process of developing these services in China＇s second-class hospitals nowadays.
