摘　　要：艾滋病防治需要全社会的参与,公民社会组织在艾防工作中起到了不可替代的作用,文章从中观社会资本的视角,探讨公民社会组织在参与艾防工作中存在的问题,并提出开发中观社会资本存量的途径,促进公民社会组织在艾防工作中作用的发挥,推进艾防工作的进展。The prevention and control of HIV/AIDS require the participation of the whole society,and civil society organiza- lions （CSOs） have played an irreplaceable role in HIV/AIDS prevention and control. This paper will analyze the problems that the CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control faced and put forward the ways to develop the concept of medium social capital stock. Also promoting civil society organizations in the prevention work and impelling the progress of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
