广州中大布匹商圈外来务工人员日常生活信息行为实证研究

摘　　要：文章以问卷调查方式调研广州中大布匹商圈外来务工人员在日常生活中的信息需求和信息行为。揭示外来务工人员在日常生活中遇到的问题和所关注的信息,信息获取渠道及其选择标准,分享的信息内容、对象和地点以及判断和利用信息的标准与影响因素。结合萨佛雷连的日常生活信息实践模型对结果进行分析,发现社会因素、文化因素和个人经验对其日常生活信息需求和信息行为的影响尤为显著。最后为信息服务机构提出若干建议。By the method of questionnaire survey, this study investigates the everyday life information needs and information behavior of migrant workers in the Zhongda Fabric Market Trading Area in Guangzhou. The results reveal various problems encountered in their daily life, types of information, channels of access to information and standards related to information evaluation. Moreover, information sharing, information use and factors influencing on their information behavior are also explored. According to Savolainen＇s model of everyday life information practices, this study illustrates that social factor, cultural factor and personal experience have significant influence on the everyday life information needs and information behavior of migrant workers. Based on the research results, it proposes several suggestions for relevant information service institutions.
