摘 要:研究了一种新颖的高频隔离型电动汽车快速充电直流变换拓扑结构,在传统移相全桥变换器基础上加入简单的辅助网络实现移相全桥ZVZCS,为确保滞后桥臂实现ZVS,将移相全桥ZVZCS结构与半桥LLC谐振电路通过共享滞后桥臂相结合构成混合全桥-半桥电路,变换器以串联形式输出,由PWM移相来控制。论述了为改善传统移相全桥ZVS电路缺陷已提出的一些改进型结构,详细分析了所提出的混合型变换器的工作原理和工作特性,最后研制了15 kW的实验样机,验证了该结构的正确性和优越性。A novel quick charging DC converterfor high-frequency isolation electric vehicles is proposed in this paper. Based on traditional phase-shift full-bridge zero-voltage-switch pulse-width-modulation (PS-FB-ZVS- PWM) converter, a simple auxiliary circuit added in the secondary can provide zero-voltage-zero-current-switch (ZVZCS) conditions. To ensure the switches in the lagging leg operating at fully ZVS condition, the phase-shift full-bridge converter shares the ZVS lagging leg with the half-bridge ( HB ) LLC resonant converter, which constitutes the hybrid FB-HB circuit. The dual outputs of the converter are connected in series and the whole DC- output voltage can be regulated by the PWM phase-shiftcontrol. Specifically, in this paper, firstly, the paper summarizes some improved full bridge PS ZVS-PWM converters aiming at eliminate the drawbacks. Then the operation principles and characteristics of the proposed converter are illustrated in detail. In the end, the validity and superiority of the proposed converter are verified by a 15 kW experimental prototype.
