摘  要:弹簧操动机构中合闸弹簧的储能状态影响高压断路器合闸特性。将合闸过程中弹簧的加速度信号分为两段,利用前段信号计算弹簧能量释放速度,基于动态时间规整算法获得待检测弹簧与标准弹簧能量释放速度的最小空间距离。利用后段信号提取弹簧的本征频率,基于离散频谱校正法对本征频率进行校正。对最小空间距离和本征频率进行数据融合,求取两者的加权欧氏距离作为检测特征值。实验结果表明,加权欧氏距离小于0.5时CT20操动机构的合闸弹簧的储能满足标准压力±5%的要求范围。The energy storage state of the closing spring in the spring operating mechanism affects the closing characteristics of the high-voltage circuit breaker. The acceleration signal of the spring in the closing process is divided into two parts. Then the minimum spatial distance of the energy release velocity between the standard spring and the spring under test are obtained by calculating the first part of the acceleration signal based on the dynamic time warping algorithm. For the second part of the acceleration signal, the eigenfrequeney of the closing spring is extracted and corrected by the correcting method for discrete spectrum. The weighted Euclidean distance, which is calculated by data fusion of the minimum spatial distance and the eigenfrequency after correction, is taken as the measured eigenvalue. The experimental results show that the energy storage of the closing spring in the CT20 operating mechanism meets the requirement for the standard pressure with 5% deviation when the weighted Euclidean distance is less than 0.5.
