摘　　要：目的了解毕节市2004-2014年突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,为建立和完善应急机制,提高应对能力提供依据。方法应用描述流行病学的方法,对2004-2014年毕节市报告的突发公共卫生事件进行统计分析。结果毕节市2004-2014年累计报告突发公共卫生事件131起,发病8679人,死亡83人,波及人群229.58万人,罹患率为3.78‰,病死率为0.96%。事件类型以传染病疫情(100起)和食物中毒(29起)为主,分别占事件总数的76.34%和22.14%。传染病事件出现4-6月和10月2个高峰期,主要分布在村寨、社区(51起)和学校(46起),食物中毒事件高峰期为7-9月,主要分布在家庭(20起)。结论预防和控制传染病暴发,减少食物中毒事件发生,是毕节市突发公共卫生事件应急管理工作的主要任务。Objective This work was to better understand the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Bijie city during 2004-2014, and to provide the basis for establishing and perfecting the emergency mechanism, and improving the response capability. Methods Using method of descriptive epidemiology, the statistical analysis of the public health emergencies reported in Bijie city during 2004-2014 were carried out. Results During 2004-2014, 131 eases of public health emergencies were accumulatively reported in Bijie city. In these cases, totally 8679 people got ill, 83 people died, 2.2958 million people were affected, with an incidence of 3.78% and a mortality of 0.96%. The types of these emergencies are primarily epidemic of infectious diseases （100 cases） and food poisoning （29 cases）, which accounted for 76.34% and 22.14% of the total events, respectively. The epidemic of infectious diseases peaked in April - June, and October, and mainly distributed in villages or communties （51 cases）, and schools （46 cases）. Food poisoning peaked in July to September, and primarily occurred at home （20 eases）. Conclusion The prevention and control of the epidemic of infectious diseases, and reducing the occurrence of food poisoning incidents, are the main task of the management of public health emergencies in Bijie city.
