摘　　要：目的探讨邯郸地区常住居民慢性疾病患病率分布状况,为该地区慢性疾病防治提供参考依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法抽取邯郸地区18岁以上常住居民1695人进行横断面调查,对研究人群进行慢性疾病类别构成分析、不同年龄层患病率趋势分析。结果研究对象中慢性疾病患病率为30.91%,循环系统疾病患病率最高达17.52%。慢性疾病患病人群中疾病类别所占比例由高到低依次是循环系统疾病、内分泌营养代谢疾病、肌肉骨骼结缔组织疾病、消化系统疾病与呼吸系统疾病,分别占56.68%、12.60%、11.83%、8.02%和5.15%;男性与女性的慢性疾病患病率、患1种、2种和3种及以上慢性疾病检出率随着年龄的增加呈现上升趋势(男:P=0.00,P=0.00,P=0.00,P=0.00;女:P=0.00,P=0.01,P=0.00,P=0.00)。结论邯郸地区人群慢性疾病患病率较高,防治工作需引起足够的重视。Objective The study was conducted to assess the distribution of chronic diseases among permanent residents in the Handan area, and thus to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the area. Methods 1695 permanent residents over the age of 18 in Handan were selected by random cluster sampling and were cross-sectionally surveyed. Constituent of chronic diseases and prevalence in different age groups among the subjects were analyzed. Results Among the subjects, prevalence of chronic diseases was 30.91%, with circulatory system diseases being the most prevalent （17.52%）. The most common chronic diseases among the subjects were circulatory system disease （56.68%）, endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases （12.60%）, musculoskeletal connective tissue disease （11.83%）, digestive system disease （8.02%）, and respiratory disease （5.15%）. The prevalence of chronic disease and the prevalence of having one, two, three, and more than three types of chronic diseases were shown to increase with age among both male and female （male： P=0.00, P=-0.00, P=-0.00, P=0.00; female： P=-0.00, P= 0.01, P=0.00, P=0.00）. Conclusion The prevalence of chronic disease among Handan residents is high, suggesting the need to emphsize the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
