腹部手术部位感染综合干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评估腹部手术部位感染的综合干预方案的效果。方法采用问卷调查和现场观察法,比较干预前后手术部位感染率、医务人员防控知识知晓率和措施执行率,评价干预效果。结果实施干预后腹部手术部位感染率由干预前5.88%下降至干预后3.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.64,P=0.031)。干预前医务人员手术部位感染防控知识的知晓率为60.20%,干预后知晓率为85.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=240.76,P=0.000)。干预后手卫生、无菌操作、合理用药等各项防控措施的执行率较干预前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据目标性监测数据和专家意见制定的综合干预方案,能有效推动医务人员落实各项防控措施,降低腹部手术部位感染发生率。Objective. The objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a comprehensive intervention program for abdominal surgical site infection. Methods Questionnaire survey and field observation were conducted to compare the prevalence of surgical site infection, awareness rate of medical staffs on prevention and control of surgical site infection, and percentage of implemented measures before and after the intervention, and thus to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. Results The prevalence of abdominal surgical site infection decreased from 5.88% to 3.72% after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant （x^2=4.64, P=0.031）. The awareness rate of medical staffs on control of surgical site infection increased from 60.20% to 85.26% after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant （x^2=240.76, P=-0.000）. Implementation rate of various prevention and control measures such as hand hygiene, aseptic operation, and rational drug use improved after the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention designed based on targeting surveillance data and expert opinions can effectively promote the implementation of various prevention and control measures among medical staffs and reduce the incidence of surgical site infection.
