摘  要:采用次氯酸钠(Na Cl O)氧化法对乙炔清净废水进行预处理。分别考察了废水的p H、温度、Na Cl O溶液加入量和反应时间对废水中NH3-N和COD去除率的影响,用正交实验的方法确定了NH3-N的最佳处理条件。结果表明,Na Cl O溶液加入量对NH3-N去除率的影响最大,其次是废水的温度和p H,反应时间的影响最小,对于200 m L的废水,最佳处理条件为:废水的p H为8、温度为50℃、Na Cl O溶液加入量为5.5 m L、反应时间为5 min。此时NH3-N、COD和TN的去除率分别为99.8%、51.9%和90.9%,游离氯的剩余量很低。Sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) oxidation has been applied to the treatment of acetylene purification waste- water from chlor-alkali industry. The effects of pH value, temperature, dosage of NaClOsolution and reaction time on the removal of NH3-N and COD from wastewater have been investigated. In addition,the optimal treatment conditions of NH3-N are fixed by orthogonal tests. The results show that the volume fraction of adding NaClO solution has the greatest effect on NH3-N removing rate, temperature and pH of the wastewater have the second great effect, and reaction time has the least effect. For 200 mL of wastewater,the optimal treatment conditions are as follow : pH 8, temperature 50 ℃, NaC10 dosage 5.5 mL and reaction time 5 min. Under these conditions, the removing rates of NH3-N, COD and TN are 99.8%, 51.9% and 90.9% ,respectively, and the residual content of free chlorine in the effluent is quite low.
